  1. As promised, tweaked the example of inverting a single element, to point instead to localisation of a commutative ring at an element.

    prodded by discussion in another thread (here) I have moved all material which pertained to commutative rings out of localization of a ring and merged it into the entry here (localization of a commutative ring).
