  3. already in impredicative neutral constructive mathematics, one can state different versions of the continuum hypothesis for the real numbers, Cantor space, or the power set of the natural numbers, since the three sets in general cannot be proven to be in bijection with each other without countable choice and/or excluded middle. So the sections on predicative mathematics can be merged into the general section above.
