Some pages seem to be redirecting to the homepage right now for some reason. I noticed it with type-theoretic model structure and cubical type theory.

This looks to me like an attack, or else someone trying to be clever. Someone had added some javascript to the page type theory - contents which caused a redirect to the nLab home page. Since this page is included in many pages, they were all redirecting to the HomePage.

Instiki should not allow javascript to be embedded, I will block that now.

  1. I have now implemented the prevention of use of <script>....</script> blocks. See github.

I’ll not address the other technical issues just now; it’s the middle of the night here, I just happened to see it, and felt it needed immediate attention.

The person who added the script block used two different IP addresses, so it may not be possible to block them in that way.

  2. There are other possible ways to inject Javascript in HTML, I will try to block those as well when I get the chance. But at least we have now blocked the most obvious way, that was used in this case.
