a minimum, just for completeness and to make broken links work

hopefully that’s the same Michael Freedman?

  1. Not the same person I think.

    Thanks! I removed the link.

Richard, I just ran into an nLab issue that I can’t solve:

in creating the new entry SL(2,O) I introduced a syntax error (in the line starting with “Nevertheless…” the first hyperlink has the square brackets misplaced). Curiously, this seems to confuse the parser to the extent that I get error messages when trying to fix and re-save it.

    Help! :-)

Actually it’s weirder still: The output entry has that syntax error fixed now, but the source code still has it !?

Also, the hyperlink in the table further down the entry, which was my motivation to create this entry in the first place, does not come out. Something strange is going on.

    [never mind, works now!]

  2. Re #4: I meant that Michael Freedman is the same person but not Michael Friedman (I corrected the typo in #3).

I have some idea what is behind the issues. I am working on something which should help address it, but it takes time. :-)

  3. Putting the link back.

    Oh, I see. Thanks.

  4. Added a few properties. References will be added soon. (I intend to create the pages for rational homotopy sphere and rational homology sphere in the future.)

Good. I went and created a bare minimum at rational homotopy sphere. Will not get in your way though, please go ahead with your plans.

  5. Thanks. That’s a very good idea. I think I will start to create a bare minium for planned pages in the future to make the links work and expand them later.
