I can see it on Firefox 3.6 on Windows 7, using the default fonts. (And I'm sure that I've seen it in the past on Firefox 3.0 running under Gnome on Ubuntu 8, both using the default fonts and Deja Vu fonts.) And here it is on the Forum: $$ \preceq $$
